The rules, kept short.
What you're agreeing to when you use Track With Us.
The short version
Track With Us is run by Faith Branch Software LLC. Creating a track or an account means you're agreeing to what's on this page. If any of it doesn't sit right with you, this isn't the service for you.
Your account
Whatever happens under your login is on you, so keep your email and password to yourself. If you ever think someone else has gotten into your account, let us know.
Your content
The dates, captions, photos, and updates you post are yours. All we need is enough of a license to store them and show them to whoever you've made the track visible to. We won't sell them, hand them to advertisers, or use them to train a model.
Acceptable use
Tracks are meant for your own moments: a wedding, a baby, a countdown to something good. Don't use them to post anything illegal, pretend to be someone you're not, or go after another person. We'll take down content or suspend accounts that cross that line.
Visibility is on you
Public means anyone with the link can see it. Unlisted means only the people you send it to can find it. Private means it's behind a password you set. Pick whichever fits who you actually want watching. Once someone's seen a track, we can't take that back, even if you change the setting afterward.
Deleting a track or account
You're free to delete a track or your whole account whenever you want, and the content goes with it. We can also suspend or remove an account on our end if it's breaking these terms.
No warranty
We built Track With Us to work and to keep your tracks intact, and we put real effort into that. But we're not able to promise it'll never go down or never have a bug.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law lets us say so, Faith Branch Software LLC isn't on the hook for indirect or incidental damages that come from using the service.
Changes to these terms
If anything meaningful changes here, we'll update this page and move the date. Keep using the service after that and it counts as agreeing to the update.
